Kol'taari Marshstrider
My first try at character design in several years! For the creature reference I wanted to go "eagle, horse, deer, chicken" and decided to add some alien flare to what ended up being the final render.
Final Rendered Image of the Kol'taari Marshtrider protecting her eggs in the Arzurion Forests. Or HIS eggs? Perhaps the Marshstrider males protect the eggs once they have been laid while the females venture across Arzurion to lay as many eggs as possible.

After haven chosen the best out of my 9 silhouettes this is 1/2 of the best designs I chose to an alien chicken/grouse concept called "Kol'taari Marshstrider"
After haven chosen my two favourite silhouettes with heads placed on them this was my colour variations for the creature I ended up calling "Kol'taari Cloudstrider"
placing the head variations on the better 9 of the 12 silhouettes I made.
